The new rates arc as follows: -Nino cents per kilowatt hour up to 20 kilowatt hours. GJ cents per kilowatt hour for the next 20 kilowatt kilo-watt hours. CI cents for tho next 20 and 4 cents for nil additional kilowatt hours. Tho minimum charge will bo ?1 per month and a 10 per cent discount is allowed al-lowed if paid before the tenth of the following month. The company lias until un-til March 20 to accept the ntlo or show why It should not be established, otherwise other-wise the now ralo will begin operation with March 1,
