FIRESTONE FINDS PROSPERITY RIFE Is Making Tour of Western Agencies and Deems Salt Lake Most Successful. R. J. Firestone of the Firestone Tiro & Rubber company arrived In Salt Lake yesterday on his annual tour o the branch houses of his concern. Mr. Firestone Fire-stone Is slopping at the Hotel Utah. He Is on his way cast after visiting the coast chics, where the big tire manufacturing manu-facturing concern has branch houses. Said Mr. Firestone last night: T find business conditions Improving Improv-ing all over the country. Business conditions arc not only good In the west, but they are showing signs of Improvement everywhere. I find Salt Lake City one of the most prosperous communities I havo visited, at least from the standpoint of our business. I am very well satisfied sat-isfied with the condition of the lire business In Palt Lake. Our branch here is In a prosperous condition. Our automobile tires seem to be very popular In Salt Lake. I have been talking with Mr. Terbush, manager of our local branch, and I am delighted with conditions In Salt Lake. Mr. Firestone leaves tomorrow ror Denver Den-ver and from there will go to the factory fac-tory In Akron, Ohio.
