SUIT OF OLD MAN IS SUBMITTED TO COURT Trial of the case of John Huneke against Mary S. Dltmer, his sister, whom he charges with having defrauded him out of $10,000 worth of property, was j concluded before Judge C. W. Morse In I the district court yesterday and, the case was submitted on written briefs. Huneke Is an old man. He charges Mrs. Dltmer. his blood sister, with having hav-ing Induced him to part with his properly by promising to care for him and furnish fur-nish him a home the remainder of his life. After obtaining possession of the property, he testified, Mrs. Dltmer turned him out penniless and homeless. He Is suing to recover the property.
