Marshall, Judge of the district court of the United -States for rho district of Utah: James Vlahos of Murray, In the county of Salt I.ake and btate of Utah, in Hald district, respectfully represents rep-resents that on the 10th day of October last past, he wus duly adjudged bankrupt bank-rupt under the acts of congress relating re-lating to bankruptcy; that he has duly surrendered oil his property and rights of property, and has fully complied with all the requirements of said acts and of the orders of the court touching his bank ruptcy. Wherefore ho prays that he may be decreed de-creed by the court to have a full discharge dis-charge from all debts provable against his estate under said bankrupt acts, except ex-cept such debts as are excepted by law from such discharge.
