Show NOTICE OF SALE OF COLLATERAL SECURITY. Notice is hereby given that The National Na-tional Bank of tho Republic of Salt Lake City, Utah, will on Wednesday, the 22nd day of October, 1913, at 3:30 o'clock p. m. of said day, at the banking office of The National Bank of the Republic of Salt Lake City. Utah, at. the corner of Second South and Main streets, Salt Lake City, Utah, offer for sale and sell at public auction to the highest bidder for cash, the collateral security hereinafter described de-scribed or so much thereof as may be necessary to pay the amounts due on three certain promissory notes payable to the order of The National Bank of the Republic of Salt Lake City, Utah, described as follows: One nolo dated June 12. 1912, executed and delivered by Peter Buller for the principal sum of two thousand six hundred eighty-nine and no-100 dollars (526S9 00) with interest inter-est thereon at the rate of eight per cent (S per cent) per annum from June 12. 1912, until paid, and on which there Is due and unpaid as principal and Interest Inter-est on this lth day of October, 1913. the sum of two thousand seven hundred thirty-nine and 19-100 dollars (2739.19), one promissory note dated June 12, 1912, executed and .delivered by Peter Buller, for the principal sum of two thousand dollars (2000.00), with interest thereon at tho rate of eight per cent (S per cent) per annum from June 12, 1912, until paid and on which there Is due and unpaid un-paid as principal and Interest on this day the sum of two thousand thirty-seven thirty-seven nnd 33-100 dollars (2037.33): one promissory note dated November 23, 1912, executed and delivered bv Peter Buller. John Byrne, and Theo Schweitzer, Schweit-zer, for the principal sum of three thousand dollars (3000.00) with interest thereon at the rate of eight per cent (S per cent) per annum from November 23, ' 1912, until paid, and on which there Is due and unpaid as principal and Interest on this day the sum of three thousand fifty-six dollars (3056.00): making a total amount of seven thousand eight hundred thirlv-two and 52-100 dollars (7S32.52) due on said three notes on this the day of puMicalion of the first notice of sale, for tIo payment of which sum, together with interest thereon from this date until paid, costs of sale and four hundred dollars (400,00) attorney's fees, the said personalty will be sold on the above named date. The personal property pledged ns collateral col-lateral security for the payment of said notes, and which will be sold as above stated, Is particularly described as follows: fol-lows: One promissory note dated Salt Lake Cltv. Utah. June 17. 1912, for one thousand thou-sand dollars (1000.00) due eighteen months from date with interest at the rate of eight, per cent (S per cent) per annum from date, executed by Orson ICeeler and payable to the order of Peter Buller: Nine thousand nine hundred and ninety (9990) shares of the capital stock of P. Buller Brewing company, represented by certificate of stock of said company, numbered 15, for nine thousand nine hundred eighty C9980) shares Issued to Peter Buller. and certificate No. 16 for ten (JO) shares Issued to W.
