I Checks State's Accounts. Special to The Tribune. OGDEN. Oct. 3. Arriving in the city lodav, Deputy State Auditor W. J. See-ley See-ley is engaged In checking up tho books of the various county officers regarding the tines and forfeitures, the Inheritance taxes collected by the courts and the collections made by the county clerk. He will also check up the salaries of the county assessor and treasurer and their deputies, as the state Is required to ,pav a portion of that expense because of the assessing and collecting of the state taxes.
