Other than a telegram tele-gram from Burt Cole, a close friend of the family, to Louis Peery, confirming the press dispatches received last night, no further Information was leceivcd in Ogden today concerning the tragic death of Horace 12. Peery nt his home In Por-lorville. Por-lorville. Cnl.. yesterday afternoon. According Ac-cording to Mr. Cole's message, the suicide of Mr. Peerv was the result of a nervous breakdown following several weeks' Illness. Ill-ness. Immediately following the tragedy last evening, friends of the family Induced Mrs. Teerv to take the children and go to Oakland, Cnl., In which city she is at the home of a friend. Mrs. R. J. Taylor, Tay-lor, mother of Mrs. Peery. together with Harold J. and Harmon Peery, brothers of Horace, depnrted this morning for Oakland Oak-land to receive the body. Accompanied by the widow and children, chil-dren, they will arrive back in Ogden with the body on Sunday. Until their arrival the arrangements for the funeral will not be made.
