Professor Foshay Is a distinguished educator of national rcputo, having been superintendent of schools in Angoles berore taking up his work with the Fraternal Fra-ternal Brotherhood. At one time he also was vice president of the National Plu-catlonal Plu-catlonal association. He Is now a member mem-ber of tho Ixis Angeles Chamber of Commerce Com-merce and is active In several of its Important Im-portant committees. Mr. Foshay was met here by several members of the. Fraternal Brotherhood, some of whom will act as his escort during dur-ing his stay In town and on his trip to Park City. Ho will leave for the cast on Sunday. |
