Show News and Notes of Women's Clubs Tickets for thr. "As You Like It" performance per-formance at Wandamcre, Saturday night, can be reserved at the Utah State National Na-tional bank. Tho members of the Ladies Literary club, who are patronesses of the entertainment, have disposed of a larpe number of tickets, and the prowperts axe for an immense audience. A number nf parlies have been formed lo witness the presentation of the drama by the University Uni-versity of l"tah Dramatic club. Several dinner panics will be given and the guests will attend tho performance a-fter-ward. It will close the season for the Ladles Literary club. Tho parly. to be given by the Woman's Civic club ut TTnlty hall this afternoon, from 2 until T, o'clock, will attract a. number num-ber of club wnmen. Many tables have alread been engaged. In addition to those who play cards, others will come in to tea. A pleasing feature will be the musical programme, which will be furnished fur-nished by some of the leading musicians of Salt Lake. The Young Woman's Christian association associa-tion Is making arrangements to movo its boarding home to Its handsome new quarters at Gordon academy. The beautiful beau-tiful grounds will be immediately utilized for tennis courts and other outdoor amusomenLH. |
