Show FAIRVIEW PROPERTIES IN CONSOLIDATION Eagle's Nest-Hailstono Consolidated Mining company is the title under which It la proposed to consolidato the Eagle's Nest of Falrvlew, Nev., with the Hailstone Alining company of the same placo. Tho consolidated company will start with a capitalization of 2.G00.000 shares. The shareholders of the old companies will bo asked to turn in their Btock and exchange it for new shares In tho new consolidated company with tho payment of 1 per cent per share at the same time Into the treasury of the new Eagle's I'est Consolidated Consol-idated Mining company. This, it Is stated, will enable the old companies to pay off any and all claims outstanding against them and permit of the new concern starting out with a clean sheet and with an ample treasury both ln money and stock. But one posslblo exception is made from tha directors of the old companies and the new official family will be practically prac-tically the samo. Herman Zadlg will be treasurer of the new company and Its secretary will be Charles E. Hudson, who will make the exchange of stock. Mots!
