DEPENDS UPON BUSINESS. President of Burlington Discusses Future of That System. ' CHICAGO. Feb. 24. The action of the Burlington road as a result of the Interstate Inter-state commerce commission decision will depend upon the effect of the ruling, according ac-cording to Darius Miller, president of the Chicago. Burlington & Qulncy, today. "Our business has shown a decline since January 1, and with falling gross receipts our expenses have increased," he said. "If there Is a substantial increase in business, wc should bo able to get along, but If the decreuso continues we must either cut dividends or expenses and wage outlay."
