W. Heckner, who .abducted .ab-ducted two Boise pirls and placed them in a house of ill-repute in Ontario, Or.; constitutes the work of the special grand .lurv up to a late hour this-eveninc.' Judge Fremont -Wood issued bis ape-' cial instruction to the jury covering the trust probe this afternoon, aud in his remarks attacked the system employed' by court officials and other public officers of-ficers in giving to the newspapers facts pertaining to matters which should, as he declared, proporly go first to the grand jury for deliberation. !
