Show OLD RESIDENT OP PROVO DEAD OF HEMORRHAGE Special to Tho Tribune. PROVO. Juno 1. Robert 15. Jones, an old and highly respected resident of the First ward, died at his homo hero this morning from hemorrhago of the lungs. Ho was born near Sweetwater, Wyo., In August, 1848, while Ills parents were emigrating to Utah from England. Mr. Jones has lived In Provo for forty years. Ho is survived by a wife and one daughter, Mrs. Frank Ramsey of thla city. Funeral services will be held from the First ward meeting house Friday at 2 p. m. A 530,000 Damage Suit. Special to Tho Tribune. PROVO, June 1. In the district court here today the trial of tho cose of Susie Lewis et al. against the Denver & Rto Grande railway Is being tried. The plaintiffs are asking for $30,000 damages dam-ages for the death of John S. Lewis, hus-bp.nd hus-bp.nd and father of plaintiffs, on July 3. 1905. Lewis wnc killed by a train of cars at Lehl while he w.'is croaning the tracks of the company. Judge A. H. June L Report sent from here yesterday that the Ephraim power house had burned w;is erroneous. It was the Mantl. not the Ephralm, powor house that burned. The loss la placed at ?3000 to $1000.
