Show RECEIVER APPOINTED FOR KANSAS REFINERY INDEPENDENCE, Kan., Juno 1. P. J. White, president of tho Exchange National bank at Tulsa, Okla., was appointed ap-pointed trustee today to take clrirqe of the Sunflower state oil refinery at Niotze, Kan., and operate its plant until un-til the court should direct the sale of the property, against which there is an ni'iobtedncss of $225,000. Tho plant COM $500,000. Tlu Sunflower State ttefiuery company com-pany was organized by Miss Hermann Kae'ssman of Rochester, N. Y.. and many Rochester people, including several sev-eral women, are interested financially in the enterprise. Altogether Miss Kaessmau and her friends expended $625,000 on the property. |
