Tho executive committee of the club met in Sheriff Sharp's office Thursday night to conclude arrangements for the outing and the completion of tho programme. pro-gramme. The programme, if carried out as arranged, will be somewhat as follows' fol-lows' Apostlo Senator Smoot will be allowed to speak for five minutes; Senator Sen-ator George Sutherland will also be given five minutes. The orator of the day will bo Senator C. D. Clark of Wyoming. I Senator Clark will be permitted to orate for a quarter of an hour. Governor William Spry will make tho closing remarks re-marks of tho day. Congressman Joseph Howell will be tho presiding officer. Montgomery's band will render a number num-ber of selections. Charles Kent is down for two vocal selections and John James also will vocalize. "Our Country's Flag" will be rendered by the Ladies' Republican quartette. |
