| Show TO BK ABBOTS A few days ago mr REID of san poto county introduced in ibo honse a bill authorizing county recorders to furnish abstracts of mortgages to the assessors the bill is as follows that on or before the day of Doco of each year the county le corders of the several counties of utah territory aro hereby authorized and required to transmit a bertill d abstract of al mortgages colled and appearing of on the records of their counties to the assessor of tho coanta in aich tho ra baldes ldes abstract to contain haiie of gor namo ot enort ase when due amount for v i ch non and of lands mortgaged ith the reaid enco of fuori gagor and mortgagee kec 2 each recorder sh all for his services the bum of cents for the abstract of each mortgage thus abstracted and transmitted to bo paid out of the county treasury of tho chanty whose assessor is supplied with said abstracts in accordance with provisions of this act |
