NOTICE OF SPECIAL TAX. I Notice is hereby given that a special i tax for the purpose of extending tho curb and glitter has been levied and confirmed by ordinances of the city council, approved ap-proved April 29, 1909. and May 25, 190D. respectively. Said special tax is levied upon the following fol-lowing described real property In Salt Lako City, to wit: In lots 1, 6. 7 and S. block 60; 1 and S, block 53; 1. 6. 7 and S, block 46; 4 and 5, block 59; 2, 3. 4 and 5, block 54, and 1 and 5, block 45, all in pat B. Salt Lake City survey, abutting 9 on both sides of Seventh East street, be- R tween South Temple and Third South l streets, In paving districts Nos. 27 and s 28 of Salt Lake City, and is due and I payable in five equal annual installments, beginning May 25, 1910. S Each of said installments shall bear interest at the rate of six (6) per cent t per annum from the date of the approval of the ordinance confirming the levy of said tax. to wit. the 25th day of Mav. 1909, until tho date of delinquency, arid j eight (8) per cent per annum from date of delinquency, until paid. Provided that n one or more of said installments, or tho 5 whole of said tax. may be paid on or before ten days after the approval of the f ordinance confirming said tax, to wit. I, the 25th day of May, 1909.
