One of the most tumultuous and rebellious bunches of prisoners ever brought to the city jail arrived in the police van at noon today, following a free-for-all liglil among the girl inmates of the Home of the Good Shepherd at Arlington Arling-ton and Pico streets, in which several of the girls wore cut and bruised, the place badly demolished and eleven of them of ages ranging from 11 to 17. taken into custody bv the police, who had been hastily summoned by. a frantic fran-tic cry from the ofiieers of the home. They "were lodged in the county jail.
