Nollco Is hereby given that a special mcetlncr of tho stockholders of the Bingham Bing-ham Standard Copper company, a Utah corporation, will be held at tho principal offico of tho company at 66 West Third South street, Salt Lako City, Utah, on Saturday, the 12th day of June, 1909, at 9 n'nlnflr n m. nf Kfi If! rlav. fnr thn nnr- posc of considering and passing upon the adoption of the following changes and amendments to the articles of Incorporation Incorpora-tion of said company, to wit: By substituting in lieu and place of the original article xl. of said articles of incorporation, in-corporation, tho following: "Tho board of directors upon either previous authorization or subsequent ratification of two-thirds of tho Issued outstanding capital stock, shall have the power, right and authority to sell and transfer all the real and personal property prop-erty owned or hold by said corporation, or any Interest In any real or personal property which said corporation shall have at any time or times, or contract for tho sale thereof, upon such terms, covenants and conditions, and for such considerations, either In cash or In tho capital stock of any other corporation, or for both cash or stock, or for such other consideration as to the board of directors mav seem reasonable and proper."
