Show REQUIEM MASS CELEBRATED FOR FORMER RESIDENT Requiem high mass for John Lovat, 48, former resident of Bingham, who died Friday in Grass Valley,; Cal., of cirrhosis of the liver, was celebrated by the Rt. Rev. Msgr. A. F. Gio-vannoni Gio-vannoni of St. Patrick's, Salt Lake City, in the Holy Rosary Catholic church Wednesday morning. The pallbearers were John Feraco, Sam Togliatti, George P. Smilanich, Agostino Briscas, John Dega and Santo Da Ronch. Burial was in Mt. Calvary cemetery, ce-metery, Salt Lake City. The Bingham Mortuary directed" arrangements. ar-rangements. Mr. Lovat was born in Sos-pirolo, Sos-pirolo, Belluno, Italy, August 19, 1891, a son of Luigi and Luigia Rosa Lovat. In 1913 he came to Bingham and was employed several sev-eral years in Highland Boy. In 1917 he moved to California. For a short time in 1936 he lived in Bingham but later returned to California. He is survived by six sisters, Mrs. Guiseppina Azzelio, Mrs. Anthoneta Tazar and Mrs. An-neta An-neta Spongo, all of Highland Boy, and three sisters in Italy, and three cousins, Primo and Wilma Lovat of Highland Boy and Joe Lovat of Illinois. |
