hour and the only feature was an effort to reconsider the action of the consention yesterday in regard to the memorial to the president the motion to reconsider was tabled by a vote which indicated an absence or change of heart of a number of the opponents of tho memorial it is understood an agreement has been reached by the committee as to the legislative apportionment which member of the senate for very 1800 voters and one representative senta tive for every voters or a fraction thereof this would increase the number of senators from 33 to 40 and representatives from 98 to gottli inah july 12 A meeting of the committee on judiciary today to day developed the fact that thare will be considerable difficulty in settling the work of this committee there is no question as to the court but the trouble lies between the county and district courts and has resolved itself into a fight on the part of would be judicial lights for the emoluments of office when the convention assembled in the
