Show BINGHAM JUNCTION GETTING TO FRONT Special to The Tribune. BINGHAM JUNCTION. Oct. 6. As a result of a call Issued to the business men of Bingham a mass meeting took placo tonight in Woodmen's hall for the purpose pur-pose of Instigating a movement for the formation of a commercial club. There were slxtv men present, and Howard Phelpa was appointed temporary chairman chair-man and Thomas E. Vlsslng temporary secretary. . , Forty-ono of tho men present onrolled their names as members if a club is organized. or-ganized. A committee of five, compoBCd of J. A. Alcorn, Clifford I. Goss. William Waters, Thomas E. Visslng and I- D. Rhodes, was appointed to draw up bylaws by-laws and a constitution. Another committee, composed of Howard How-ard Phelps, Thomas ID. Visslng. J. D. Wright, R. II. McDonald and Carl Peterson, Peter-son, was elected to solicit members. Tho meeting adjourned until the evening even-ing of October 13. when the organization of a club will take placo. Following, a banqiiet was served In the Watson cafe, William Waters acting as toastmaeter. |
