It Is reported that Richard Aras, ex-secretary ex-secretary of Government, also will publish pub-lish the announcement of hie candidacy and an abstract of his platform, as President Presi-dent Amador has emphatically made It known thnt ho will not be a candldato again, and Jose Augustln Arango, who recently was acting minister at Washington, Wash-ington, has refused tho nomination.
