Kinsel, who died In liutte on Sunday morning from thu effects of an accident In thu Mountain Con. mine. With another miner. Mr. Klniel wa 30 years old and unmarried. Ho Is survived by a brother. William Kinsel. the two sisters named and another sister. Mrp. II G. Debford, all of this city.
