At tho Myton sale 277 lots were sold for J10.333. the highest price paid for :i lot being $120. lho lowest price 512. A large number of lots wore not disposed of, but Marshal Ilcywood thinks that no other auction will ho held until spring, when lots In tho townsltcs of Loland nnd "Doris will also probably be offered for sale Two Buildings in Town. At present there arc but two buildings nt Myton. lho postofllco and a store, but Mr. Hoywood says thai lots of lumber Is going In thero from Price, and he looks for much activity In building there within tho next few weeks. Ho wno unprepared to predict which Is the coining town of region, saying that It will dopend upon tho routo taken by tho now Moffat road. But Marshal Ilcywood seems Inclined to think that tho Moffat road will follow lho Duchesne, und If It docs, Myton will bo one of the coming towns of that section of Utah. Bonafide Home-Scokers.
