Mrs. Esther Abplanalp and Frank Abplanalp and son, Harold, Har-old, of Vernal, have been guests the past week at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Gilbert Swain. Among the many that attended attend-ed the funeral of Glen Charles Ivie Sunday were the following out-of-town ptople: Mr. and Mrs. Charles Ivie of Grecnriver, Utah, Mrs. Henry Diekman of Wood-side; Wood-side; Mr. and Mrs. Dean Dick-man Dick-man of Spring Canyon; Mr. and Copperfielcl : Annie Pantalone - Mr. and Mrs. Richard Williams left Tuesday to make their home in Midvale. Mrs. Gus Callas and small daughter, dau-ghter, Peggy, were Tuesday visitors vi-sitors in Layton. Miss Carmella Cheia is now home after spending the summer sum-mer in Vancouver and Tacoma, Wash. Sam Peoples of El Paso, Texas, a nephew of Mrs. Clarence Bullock Bul-lock and Calvin Peoples of Salt Lake City, visited Mr. and Mrs. Bullock Monday. A Relief society social was given by Mrs. Earl Hunter at her home Wednesday.
