Dr. Gustavo Kbusher, an expert for the defense, combatted the theories set forth by Dr. Lewke. Prof. Haines and other experts for the State in regard to the cause of the death of Mrs. Walcker-Hoch. Dr. Kollsher declared that had arsenical poisoning been tho cause there would have been a noticeable corroding of the mucous membrane of tho stomach Dr. Kollsher gave It as his opinion that the arsenic found In tho body of Mr. Walcker-Hoch came there from the soli of the graveyard, which, ho suld, like the earth of all cemeteries, Is saturated with I tho poison.
