Show and Mrs. L. W. Sumnicht. Mrs. Meade returned to Salt Lake City Thanksgiving time following follow-ing a stay of several months in Seattle. Mrs. Ida Mugfur spent the week-end in Midvale visiting friends. Copperton members of the Cop-perfield Cop-perfield firemen's auxiliary attending at-tending the meeting Monday were Mrs. L. E. Barnett, Mrs. Ida Mugfur, Mrs. George Anderson, Ander-son, Mrs. L. C. Nicholl and Mrs. G. O. Swain. Mrs. Swain won a prize at cards. Dinner guests Sunday at the home of Mr. and Mrs- Peter Smith were their daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Norman Jacobsen. Mr. and Mrs. Gilbert Swain were visited by Mr. and Mrs. Steve Bray and daughter, Barbara, Bar-bara, of Murray, Monday. Muss Gloria Farnsworth was an overnight guest Sunday at the home of her cousin, Miss Shirley Watkins. Mr. and Mrs. A. R. Pearson and family attended the birthday party of their son, Robert Pearson, Pear-son, in Murray Monday evening. A light luncheon was served. The 24 small guests played children's games and prizes given Jancll Hansen and Leslie Nichols. A two-course luncheon and pop corn favors were enjoyed by the youngsters. Friday evening light refreshments refresh-ments were enjoyed after the football dance at the home of Burton Durnford. At the home of Mrs. L. C. Nicholl a quilting Monday afternoon after-noon was attended by Mrs. L. E. Barnett, Mrs. Cecil Downs and Mrs. Albert Ray. A two-course luncheon was served. In honor of Norma Swain on her eleventh birthday a party was given at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. G. O. Swain, on Thursday, November 27.
