Timidity, awkwardness, and blundering of the most flagrant character have marked Its course thus far, so much so that It may reasonably bo doubted IT It can get to the East at all. The smallness of the contribution made by the Hon. Henry Gassaway Davis, the Democratic candidate for Vice-President, to his parly's campaign fund, is no doubt tho measure of his faith in his party's success. Salt Lake county Democrats should faithfully turn' out to see Powers and Moyle on their groat automobile tour, even If they do not intend to vote for Democrats this year.
