Show ODD FELLOWS WILL HOLD JOINT CELEBRATION The Odd Follows, Rcbckahs and their friends will hold a joint outing at Castllla Springs June 22. It will be a day of fun, frolic, fellowship and fratqrnal greeting. A larger attendance than over is anticipated, antici-pated, because Past Grand Master Eph Homer has tourned' tho southern port of tho State and secured tho promise of all tho lodges to be present.. Tho excursion Is under tho management of Chairman Eph Homer of Provo; .1. C. Smith is accratury; J. Baumgartcn, transportation trans-portation agent, and R. B. Quav, programme pro-gramme director. The following prizes will be given at tho outing. Baseball, cash prize, 510; tug-of-war (men), cigars: tug-of-war (women), chocolates; Odd Fellow selling largest number of tlckots, hat; Rebekah selling largest number tickets, umbrolla; oldest Odd Follow on tho ground, oldcat Rebekah Rebek-ah on the ground, Rebekah pin; foot raco boys under 12. knife; foot race, girls under un-der 12, belt; largest attendance of lodge In proportion lo membership, Bible; prizes for waltzing, Boating. Swimming, etc. Great Interest Is already being manifested mani-fested In tho voting contests, which aro as follows: Most loyal Odd Fellow, gold-headed gold-headed cane (donated by Ijyon); most popular Rebekah, Bilk umbrella (donated by Walker Bros.), a third prize, one dozen "Old English Blue" historical paiefl (donated (do-nated by Callaway, Hooek. &. Francis), to be decided by the committee. |
