Tho tunnel is In but twelve feet at tho baso of a G0-foot rise, the ledge, eight feet wide, cropping out tho cntlro face from base to top. ' A new well resorvolr haB been sunk nt Callente as the water supply Is running Bhort for general use. The water at this station Is poor, and unless some Improvement Improve-ment is made In tho supply for domestic purpose there will doubtless bo considerable consider-able Illness among employees. |
