Was Wrong Williams Though an error In names an order or-der was entered in the Third District court yesterday which created considerable consid-erable comment and a reporter spent considerble time upon the matter before be-fore it was finally straightened out The order read that Tillio Williams who is serving n threeyears sentence In the State prison lor grand larceny was to be admitted to hal upon filing a bond In the Sum of 150 As there Is no law permitting a convict to be released re-leased on bond except In case of an I appeal and the granting of a certificate certifi-cate of probable cause the matter was I investigated and it was learned that It was Edith Williams instead of ill lie who is to be released Edith Williams liams Is awaiting n trial on a charge of grand larceny
