Another Suit Threatened St Paul March AttorneyGeneral W B Stratton of Seattle Wash has been for several days In consultation with AttorneyGeneral Douglass of this State regarding a proposed suit against tho Northern Securities company on be half of the State of Washington The bar which kept Minnesota out of tho Federal Supreme court will not operate against Washington Montana or North Dakota Tho Supreme court refused to take jurisdiction on the Minnesota case because one of the parties defendant Is a citizen of this State None of the corporations Intcrentcd In the merger I arc citizens of either of the States to tho west Both Montana and Washing ton may bring suit but It is stated the former will act first The Minnesota authorities will SOOn begin an action n the State courts with a view to dis solving the merscr
