committee com-mittee to testify today were MaJ O K Ladd U S A who audited Gen Woods Santiago accounts Wnllls Clearman 1 former employee or a New York Jewelry house who made the sale of the Jal Alal company of the silver set which was given to Gen Wood and an employee of the Bureau of Insular Affair 1 who explained the character of the game and the manner in which speculation is indulged in by
