| Show MOYlE IS BElUGERENT 1 Conflict Narrowly Averted in i Court J 1 m DISPUTE OVER AGREEMENT r I 0 r Late Democratic Candidate for Governor f Gov-ernor Became Incensed by a Statement State-ment of W R Hutchinson and Proposed to Force Hutchinson to f Take it Back W E Wood Sues the J Salt Lake City Railroad Company Mrs Carl J Lindgren Sues for Divorcc i J I 1 Attorneys J H Moylo and W R Hutchinson yesterday afternoon had 1 heated altercation ITT Judge Halls t court which thieatened to terminate y > In a personal encounter Moylc was t the challenger and Invited Hutchinson J out In the corridor to settle the matter if t mat-ter The difficulty arose on u question I ques-tion of veracity The hearing was In N tho matter of tho estate of Edward Brain deceased on a motion of the administrator t i ad-ministrator Orson Rumel for an order or-der for the sale of the property both Li i real and personal and the whtyws objection i ob-jection thereto Mr Hutchinson in 1 J I making his opening statement referred rt t certain facts which he said had I been agreed upon by counsel on each olde Moyle denied that any such understanding un-derstanding had been reached Hutchinson Hutch-inson Insisted that his statement was correct Moyle fired up demanding I that Hutchinson take back what he that had paid and added I you rtpnt I take It back hero Ill make you do so outside Judge Hall with severity called on the attorneys to keep order and remarked re-marked that if they couldnt conduct themselves properly In court it might 0 a good plan for the court to take u recess while they settled their differences I dif-ferences in the corridor The attorneys I attor-neys subsided and tho trial went on 81 smoothly thereafter Mrs Brain now Mrs Meyer objected to the order of sale of the estate of < her deceased husband claiming a homestead set apart and deeded to her in 1851 and she also claimed onethird of the estate as her dower and objected r ob-jected to the sale Of tho property until her dower had been admeasured Mrs Brain was theoriginal administratrix of the estate but was removed on account ac-count of statutory disqualification on account of her marrying again and the other heirs objected to the approval ap-proval of her accounts Attorney Moyle represented the administrator Humel and Attorney Hutchinson appeared ap-peared for the widow The hearing was not ended when court adjourned until today |
