OCR Text	Show SPRAYING LAWSuit LAW-Suit Filed to Determine its Constitutionality Constitu-tionality S A suit was flied yesterday by County Attorney Putnam on behalf of Salt Lake county against Marshall Helm to recover re-cover 56 expended by the county In spraying the defendants fruit trees In the complaint It Js alleged that on July 25 1S99 Helms fruit trees In Ten acre plat A were infested with woolly aphis codling moth red spider and other pests that Fruit Tree Inspector Sorenson notified Helm to abate the nuisance by spraying but Helm failed and neglected to do so and the county had the work done at a cost of 6 The suit Is Intended as a test of the constitutionality consti-tutionality of the spraying1 law
