Show DEPARTED FOR HOUSTON Party of Utah People on Way to the TransMississippi Congress A party of seventeen left over the lllo Grande Western at 230 yesterday afternoon lo attend the meetIng of the TranoMIssIsslppl congress which convenes con-venes at Houston Tex next Tuesday Those who left were George Q Cannon Can-non and wife Seymour B Young and wife John Henry Smith wife and daughter and John C Cutler of Salt Lake Judge L W ShurtllfC of Ogden J1 R Murdoch and wife of Beaver J R Barnes wife and daughter of Kays vllle John P Nelson and wife of Mill Creek and J R Miller of Murray The party was Joined at Provo by L Johnson John-son of Vernal It was expected that others would Join the party before it left the Slate The party was established estab-lished in a Pullman which will go through to Houston Traveling Passenger Pass-enger Agent II M Gushing of the Rio Grande Western left In charge of the party and expected to accompany them as far as Colorado The party will reach Houston Tuesday morning |
