OCR Text	Show Officials in a Wreck Chicago April 10A special to the Chronicle from Grand Rapids Mich says President Heald General Manager Man-ager Crapo and other officials of the Pierre Marquette railroad had a S narrow escape In a wreck of their special train Just within the city limits a caboose was seen on the main track ahead The engineer set the air brake and with the fireman Jumped for their lives The caboose wan reduced to splinters the engine sent Into the ditch and the occupants oc-cupants of the presidents car badly nhaken upi After viewing the wreck President Heald headed a procession for a twomile walk to the station to catch the regular train for Detroit and to send backa wrecker I rain I
