| Show BIDS FOR PIPE LAYING Board of Public Works Will Let Contract Con-tract Monday The Board of Public Works met last night to open bids received In response to an advertisement for furnishing wood and Iron waterpipe and taking I I up old and laying new pipe In various sections of the eastern part of the city Bids were received from the Green Reeve company P J Moran and the Geddes Seerle Stone company com-pany of Denver Action was deferred by the board until Monday at I oclock in order to give time to compute the aggregate of each bid for the contract In Its entirety Bids for furnishing hydrants valves and special castings were submitted by l P J Moran and C C Mcaro Co and for constructing a bicycle track at Liberty Park were received from Kolfor Rush and Heath Robinson the consideration of all of which was also postponed until tomorrows meeting meet-ing Mr McDonald an engineer was appointed ap-pointed Inspector of the work of laying the alermaln extension to All Hallows Hal-lows college grounds |
