Show SUMMONS In the District Court of Salt Lake County, State of Utah GRANT VALENTINE and MARY M. VALENTINE, Plaintiffs, vs LA VINE H. WHITE 1044 South 5th East Salt Lake City, Utah Defendant. The State of Utah to the Above iMamea Defendant: You are hereby summoned and required to serve upon Hanson, Baldwin & Allen, plaintiff's attorneys, at-torneys, whose address is 515 Kearns Building, Salt Lake City, Utah, an answer to the complaint within 20 days after service of this summons upon you. If you fail so to do, judgment by default de-fault will be taken against you for the relief demanded in said complaint, which has been filed with the clerk of said court, and a copy of which is hereto annexed an-nexed and herewith served upon you. This is an action to reduce a promissory note to judgment and to foreclose a mortgage upon certain real property in Salt Lake County given to secure said promissory note, and for attorneys attor-neys fee and costs. Said promissory note dated January 4, 1961, in the sum of $19,400.00, and the note secured by a mortgage upon real property prop-erty described as: Commencing at a point on the West Line of 9th East Street. 582.17 feet North of the Southeast corner of Block 5, Ten Acre Plat "A", Big Field Survey, and running run-ning thence North 114.36 feet, thence West 259 feet, thence South 114.36 feet, thence East 259 feet to the place of beginning.
