Show SUMMONS I In the Third Judicial District Court in and for Salt Lake County, State of Utah PRODUCERS FINANCE COMPANY COM-PANY OF UTAH, Plaintiff, vs. NELDA H. MARKHAM, Defendant. The State of Utah to the Above-Named Above-Named Defendant: You are hereby summoned and required to serve upon Spencer L. Haycock, whose address is 366 South State Street, Salt Lake City, Utah, an answer to the complaint within 20 days after service of this summons upon you. If you fail so to do, judgment judg-ment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded de-manded in said complaint, which has been filed with the clerk of said court, and a copy of which is hereto annexed and herewith served upon you. This is an action to reduce a promissory note to judgment and to foreclose a mortgage upon certain real property in Salt Lake County given to secure said promissory note, and for attorneys attor-neys fee and costs. Said promissory note dated 17 December, 1959, in the amount of $1,531.20, and the note secured se-cured by a mortgage upon real property described as: Commencing 44.3 rods North and 221.575 feet East from the Center of the Section Sec-tion ft Tnwnshin 2 Smith Range 1 East, Salt Lake Meridian and running thence East 51.5 feet; thence North 204 feet; thence North 83 West 51.545 feet; thence South 221 feet to the place of beginning.
