Show SUMMONS No. 133712 In the District Court of Salt Lake County, State of Utah ROBERT L. BRIDGE and LA VERN BRIDGE, his wife, Plaintiffs, vs. FRANK M. OPENSHAW, Administrator Ad-ministrator of the Estate of Jonathan E. Openshaw, Deceased, De-ceased, and SARAH DOROTHEA DORO-THEA OPENSHAW, the widow of Jonathan E. Openshaw, Open-shaw, Deceased; NELS E. NIELSON and JANE DOE NIELSON, whose true name is unknown, his wife; also all unknown persons claiming any right, title, estate or interest or lien upon the real property described in the complaint adverse ad-verse to the plaintiffs' ownership owner-ship or clouding plaintiffs' title thereto; also the unknown executors, administrators, successors suc-cessors and assigns of the above named defendants, Defendants. The State of Utah to the Above Named Defendants: You are hereby summoned and required to serve upon Backman. Backman and Clark, plaintiffs attorneys, whose address is 1111 Deseret Building Salt Lake City, Utah, an answer to the complaint within twenty (20) days after service of this summons upon you. If you fail so to do, judgment judg-ment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded de-manded in said complaint which has been filed with the clerk of said court and a copy of which is hereto annexed and herewith served upon you. This is an action brought by the plaintiffs to quiet their title against the defendants to the following described real property prop-erty situated in Salt Lake County, Coun-ty, State of Utah: Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 6, Block 84, Plat "C", Salt Lake City Survey ,and running thence South 7 Vz rods; thence West 8 rods; thence North lxh rods; thence East 8 rods to the place of beginning. Commencing at the Northwest North-west corner of Lot 5, Block 117, Plat "A", Salt Lake City Survey, and running thence South 2Vz rods; thence East 100 feet; thence North 2Vz rods; thence West 100 feet to the point of beginning. be-ginning. Together with a right of way over the following: Commencing at a point 100 feet East of the Northwest corner of said Lot 5; thence South 165 feet; thence East 230 feet; thence North 165 feet; thence West 14 feet; thence South 148.5 feet; thence West 205 feet; thence North 148.5 feet; thence West 11 feet to the place of beginning.
