BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SALT LAKE, UTAH: That Section 8 of Revised Ordinance Or-dinance No. 4 is hereby amended to read as follows: "Section 8. Limitation of Licenses. Li-censes. It shall be unlawful for the City Council of South Salt Lake to issue a license to sell beer in any dance hall or theater or to authorize the sale or dis-Densinff dis-Densinff of beer in anv beer hall. tap room, bar or any other establishment es-tablishment which is in the proximity of a school or churchy except that retail establishments may be issued a Class "A" license as defined herein. It shall be unlawful un-lawful for the City Council to issue more than one Class "B" or Class "C" beer license for each Nine Hundred population within the corporate limits of South Salt Lake. In construing this section, the City Council shall be required to add all of the existing or proposed Class "B and "C" licenses together and the total shall be divided into the population as set up in the previous census to the number num-ber of licenses which may be issued. The City Council may not issue a license for any fractional frac-tional part of Nine Hundred but |
