Party Leaders Urge Good Turnout For Mass Meetings Democratic party officials this ! week joined in urging party members to participate in the forthcoming mass meetings. Pointing out that mass meetings meet-ings are one of the most important impor-tant steps in the Democratic process, party officials expressed hope for a good turnout. The meetings are scheduled for Feb. 15. Traditionally both the Democrats and Republicans conduct con-duct their mass meetings on the same day. They will be followed by the organization and nomination conventions later in the year.
