Dr. Viko praised the College of Medicine, but warned that it cannot survive on its reputation alone. "The Medical School can not stand still. It can either go forward or it can go backward. With the present inadequate facilities there is real danger it will go downhill. The only way in which the Medical School can . go forward now is through tho building of the Medical Center."
