Show NOTICE OF SALS UNDER TRUST DEED When as, Peter Elliot and Margaret Elliot, El-liot, bis wife, on the31et day ot Jolyv lstl, executed exe-cuted aud delivered to the bait Lake alley Loan and Trust Company their certain promissory note for tbe itm of S&uu, parable on uie 31st day o( J uly, l&M, with interest thereon at tbe rate of 6 per cent, per annum from date until maturity, payable semi-annually, according to the tenor and fleet of six interest coupons each for the sum of attached to said principal nets, and with interest in-terest alter maturity upon ail sums remaining unpaid un-paid at the rate ot 12 per cent, per annum until fully paid, aud, ht-reas, to seen re the payment of said note according to Its true tenor and effect, the said Peter Ellict and Margaret, his wife, on tee said Sistday of July, 1881, executed and delivered to O. J. Salisbury aud bitcon Bamberger, urtees, of 8a!t Lake City and County, I'Uu Territory, a certain deed whereby they conveyed to said O. J. Salisbury and bimon Bamberger ia trust, the following fol-lowing described real property situate iniSalt Lake County. Utah Teiritory, to-wit: 'Commencing at a point two hundred and sev. nty-two and two-tenths feet east, aud one aud one-half rods sonta of the northwest corner of lol numbered Fifteen (15), of block numbered One (l in Five Acre Plat "A," Big Field Surver, and running thence East fixfy-oue (61) feet, thence South eleven and one-half tll:4l rods, thence West aixty-cne (ui) feet, thence o th eleven and one- I ha:f (ll1,) rods to place of beginning." Which said deed was duly fiirtj or record in the office of the County Kecorder of Salt Lake County, Utah Territorv, on the said Slat day ol Jnly, l&Dl, and recorded in Book "3A" of the mortgage records of said office, en page 430; and, Wureas, said deed provides amonq otiiei things, that should default be made in the payment pay-ment of said note or interest thereon according to Its true tenor and effect, said trustees or eithet of them, or, in case of their refusal to act or disability dis-ability in any way, the then acting Sheriff of f aid County, at the requett of the legal holder of said cote, may proceed to sell the property in said ! deed aid hereinbefore de-cribed at public vendue ! to the highest bidder, at the front door of tha Court House in the County of Bait Lake, Territory Terri-tory of Utah, for cash, first giving thirty davs' public notice of the time, terxis and place of sain, and description of the property to be sold, by advertisement ad-vertisement in some newspaper printed and published pub-lished in Salt Lake County Utah; and, Whereas, said makers of said note have utterly failed and refused to pay the Interest coupon on raid note, which became due on the 3lst day of January, 1892, or any portion thereof, and the said interest coupon Is now wholly due and unpaid; and that, by reason of the failure to pay said interest, in-terest, the note has, by express t?rnii, becomt wholly due, and, Whereas, said trustees first named herein are unable to act, and have refuged to act. Now TsiBiruai, pursuant to the power in me vested by eaid trust deed, and at the request cl the Salt Lake Valley Loan and Trust Com pan v, the original and present and legal holder of said notes, I, A. J. Burt, Sheriff of Salt Lake Countr, Territory of Utah. will, at the front door of the Conrt House of Salt Lake County, in the City of Salt Lake, Utah Territory, on the 2oth day of August, ,1892, between the hours of 12 o'clock m. and 2 o'clock p.m. of eaid day, sell at public vendue, ven-due, for cash, the premises hereinbefore and in eaid trust deed described, to satisfy said note and interest, and the costs of executing; this trust, including ten per cent attorney's fees as stipulated stipu-lated for in said trust deed.
