Bountiful needs water and needs it badly but steps were taken today to furnish the thriving little city with all the water it may need in the future. Articles of incorporation incorpora-tion of the Bountiful Water company were filed with Secretary Sells today. The company incorporates for $1,000 000 and its lease of life extends over a period of fifty years. The president of the company is E. T. Ayer; vice-president, Milando Pratt; treasurer, M. Piatt, and secretary, sec-retary, O. P. Pratt.
