Show Court Notes. The appeal in the case of C. F. Ffau vs. M. D. Kern has been dismissed. Jndge Zane this morning approved the accounts ac-counts of Commissioner Greenman. In the case of C. C. Green vs. H. W. Tay- . lor et al., a decree of foreclosure has been, entered. In the case of H. Kimball vs. Rebecca B. Carter et al., the default of the defendants was entered today. The demurrer in the case of the Burton-Gardner Burton-Gardner company vs. Fred Titt et al, was overruled today- , .The demurrer in the case of"J. F. Spen- ' cer vs. S. M. Lovendal et al, was sustained by Judge Zane today. In the casa of W. H. Remington et al vs. Young & Adderly, the motion to re-tax costs has been withdrawn. In the case of C. E. Aiken vs. R. W. Anderson, An-derson, Judge Zane today eptered a decrea for the plaintiff for want of an answer. t In the case of John Blazzard vs. Lucy D. Watts et al., the defendents have been allowed al-lowed until October 1 to file statement on motion for a new trial. David Hamilton has brought suit in tha Third District court against Jacob J.
