'cks, of the city cf salt Lake atd tenitojy r.f Utah, as trust?e, tho.-e crr.ain lots, pieces and parcels cf bind situate, lying aud being in the county of Salt Lake and' territory of Utah, described de-scribed as follows, to wit: Lot:' numb -red 21, 28, 29, So, 31 and 32, in uloi k numbered lu of Poplar Grove addition to Salt Lake City, to secure to C harles H. At the request of the legal holder of said notes, by virtue of the power and authority in me rested, under and by the terms of .-aid di ed of trust, I, Edward L. Wicks, trustee as aforesaid, afore-said, will on Saturday, tne -ld day of April, 18!i2. at the hour of 10 o'clock a. m.. at the front door of the county court house, in the city of Salt Lake count;, oi Salt Lake, aud territory of Utah, sell the said real property aid premises hereinbefore and in : aid deed of trust fully described, and all the right, title, benefit, and equity of redemption of the said James P. Roberts, his heirs and assigns as-signs therein, at public venda;?, for cash, to the highest bidder therefor, tor the purpose of paying the amount due as aforesaid for principal end interest in-terest upon said notes to the day of sale, together with the costs and expenses of executing the said irust.
