Show Trustee's Sale. TSTHEREAS. OsCAK R. ZIPF, OFTIIE CITTi snd county of Salt Lake sad territory of Utah, by his certain deed of trust dated the Hth j day of February. A. D. ls'Hi. and duly recorded in the office of t he Recorder of said County of Salt ; Lake on tiie Hth day of February, A. D. 1X90, In j Book 2L, of mortgages, at page 101 5-0 ! of the records of said County, conveyed ' to the undersigned Edward H. Wicks of the City of Salt Lake and Territory of Utah, as trustee, those certain lots, pieces and parcels of land situate, lying and heuiir iu the County of Salt Lake am! Territory of Utah, described des-cribed as follows, to wit: Block 7 of Poplar Grove addition to Salt Lake City, said bio, k 7 i consisting of 4 i lots numbered from 1 to 40 inelti- sive, to secure to Charles II.
